  • Quality Assurance Agent

    Job Description

    Response Marketing Group is now hiring a part time morning/day shift Quality Assurance Agent. Job duties include: Monitoring recorded calls and analyzing for sales skills such as voice tone, building the value of the product, rebuttals, assuming the sale, etc. Critical thinking to find ways to improve scripting, sales agent skills and revenue. The day will be spent monitoring calls and providing feedback. Feedback will be given through company provided forms, email and face to face contact.

    Shift Available:
    Monday- Friday 8a-12p or Monday- Thursday 12p-4p, Fridays 12p-3p.

    Compensation:
    Base + commission with raises every 6 weeks!

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED preferred, some sales and/or customer service experience, strong communication skills, positive attitude, self motivated, driven by success, strong working habits, disciplined, consistency in sales and attendance, enjoys working with other people.

  • At Home Telecommuting Reps
    Remote

    Job Description

    Response Marketing Group is now hiring At Home Telecommuting Reps. Our Telecommuting Reps provide exceptional customer service to customers calling to attend an event in their area. They are friendly, knowledgeable, articulate and can handle a wide range of situations and personalities. Our reps have the responsibility to professionally communicate in a way that facilitates product appeal, knowledge of product, and confidence to close. It is our goal to handle our clients with the utmost customer service as we help them see the value in our offers. After initial training, reps are allowed to work from home during the required time slots.

    Hours available:
    Shifts are available 16-40 hours per week M-F 8a-8p.

    Compensation:
    At Home Telecommuting Reps are paid on a per minute basis. Reps average $10-$15/hr depending on volume of calls taken.

    Qualifications

    Some sales and/or customer service experience, high school graduate or GED, strong communication skills, positive attitude, self motivated, driven by success, and strong working habits.

    Technology Requirements:

    COMPUTER-

    Windows 7 ( Apple or Mac will not work) , Minimum recommended amount of RAM for the operating system ( 2 GB for Windows 7), Computer must have a USB port available for headset.

    INTERNET-

    Internet connection with at least 6 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload  of bandwidth and Antivirus software installed/updated. (Go to Speedtest.net to check your speed.)

    If hired, employees will be required to attend a 2 day training at our physical location before they can telecommute.

    We are seeking consultants who are capable, confident and motivated to be part of a team and atmosphere that breeds success! As a consultant, you will handle inbound and outbound registration calls from clients who are interested in attending informational conferences to change their financial future. It is your responsibility to represent the company by professionally meeting the needs of our clients. It is our goal to handle every client with the utmost customer service as we help them see the value in our services. Your job is to present our offers in a way that allows the client to see the value and ultimately invest in our products.

    Shifts Available:
    M-F 8a-12p
    M-F 12p-4p
    M-F 4p-8p
    *Saturday shifts are optional
