  • At Home Registration Consultant
    Remote

    Job Description

    Response is now hiring At Home Registration Consultants. Our Telecommuting Reps provide exceptional customer service to customers calling to attend an event in their area. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and articulate and can handle a wide range of situations and personalities. Our reps have the responsibility to professionally communicate in a way that facilitates product appeal, knowledge of product, and confidence to close. It is our goal to handle our clients with the utmost customer service as we help them see the value in our offers. After initial training, At Home Registration Consultants are allowed to work from home during the required time slots.

    Hours available:
    • Daytime: Mon-Fri: 8 am to 8 pm.
    • Nights and Weekends: Mon- Thu: 8 pm to 8 am, Fri-Sun: all weekend hours
    • Weekends: Fri 6 pm to Mon 12 am

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements: Customer service experience, high school graduate or GED, strong communication skills, positive attitude, self motivated, driven by success, and strong working habits. Must be located within the state of Utah.

    Technology Requirements: COMPUTER-Windows 7, 8 or 10. (Apple or Mac will not work), Minimum recommended amount of RAM for the operating system (4 GB), Computer must have a USB port available for headset. Internet connection with at least 6 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload of bandwidth and Antivirus software installed/updated. (Go to Speedtest.net to test your speed.)

    If hired, consultants will be required to attend a 2 day training at our physical location before they can telecommute.

  • Registration Consultants

    Response is now hiring Registration Consultants. Our In Office Reps provide exceptional customer service to customers calling to attend an event in their area. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and articulate; and can handle a wide range of situations and personalities. Our reps have the responsibility to professionally communicate in a way that facilitates product appeal, knowledge of product, and confidence to close. It is our goal to handle our clients with the utmost customer service as we help them see the value in our offers.


    Shifts Available:
    Mon- Fri 8 am-12 pm with some Saturdays 9 am-3 pm
    Mon- Fri 12 pm–4 pm with some Saturdays 9 am-3 pm
    Mon- Fri 4 pm–8 pm with some Saturdays 9 am-3 pm

    -Part time and Seasonal positions available

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements:  Some sales and/or customer service experience, strong communication skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, driven by success, strong working habits, disciplined, consistency in sales and attendance, enjoys working with other people.

    Our reps have the responsibility to professionally communicate in a way that facilitates product appeal, knowledge of product, and confidence to close with all customers. It is our goal to handle clients with the utmost customer service as we help them see the value in our offers. All our sales reps work strictly with warm leads of clients who have been pre qualified for the products we are selling. Our approach allows our sales reps to experience the same kind of earning potential as door to door summer sales, while allowing you to work in an office environment.


    Shifts Available*: PT and FT shifts are available; schedules are Monday-Friday with varying shift hours between 8a-8p.
    *There is potential to work Saturdays if needed.
